24 Hour Onsite Results offers a wide range of drug testing solutions to help businesses of all types and sizes achieve their goals.  We offer on-site drug testing, post-accident drug testing, court ordered drug testing, pre-employment drug testing, breath alcohol tests, random drug screening testing, and rapid drug testing services.  We also offer DNA testing, which results that can be used in court.


Drug Testing can be ordered by employers, healthcare providers, law enforcement agencies, sports organizations, schools, and personal individuals seeking to monitor or confirm drug use.


The consequences of failing a Drug Test depend on the reason for testing. For example, failing a workplace Drug Test may result in termination of employment, while failing a sports Drug Test may result in suspension or disqualification from competition. Failing a Drug Test ordered by a healthcare provider may result in a referral to addiction treatment.


The length of time drugs stay in your system depends on various factors such as the type of drug, the dose, the frequency of use, the individual's metabolism, and the type of test. Generally, drugs can be detected in urine for up to several days to a few weeks, in blood for up to a few days, in hair for up to several months, and in oral fluid/saliva for up to a few days.

 24-Hour On-Site Results offers mobile post accident testing to Chicago Land and the surrounding areas.  Our lab technicians travel along interstate I-57, I-290, I-294, I-94, I-80 and the surrounding roadways.
